Bag Tag Information
-> Please keep in mind that our bag tag and key chain products made from either acrylic or an environmentally friendly, plant-based plastic. While our bag tags are designed to be sturdy for normal everyday use, they are not indestructible. If subjected to extreme force, damage or high heat, the product may warp or break.
-> To make the most of your product keep out of heat. All can be wiped clean with a clean microfibre cloth. Carabiners are provided FREE with purchase, however our products will fit most carabiners available so feel free to buy and swap out for one that works for your bag or space better.
-> We'll choose your carabiner hardware colour to match & if you have a preference please use the notes section at the checkout to let us know and we'll do our best to provide.
-> Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height.
-> Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.
